wwwbaji General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wwwbaji ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the wwwbaji website, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms that may apply from time to time.

wwwbaji reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the wwwbaji platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail. These Terms apply to all users accessing wwwbaji from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the wwwbaji platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's wwwbaji Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game available in the wwwbaji lobby.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the wwwbaji website, mobile site, and all associated services and products.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all wwwbaji Accounts are denominated.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the wwwbaji platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any bonus or promotion on wwwbaji. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. wwwbaji enforces rigorous age verification during the KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

If wwwbaji has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the Platform will immediately suspend that Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and investigate the matter fully. Any winnings accrued during a period in which an underage user was registered may be forfeited in their entirety.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use wwwbaji, you must also confirm that:

• You are accessing the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the wwwbaji platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the wwwbaji platform for fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or breach of these Terms.
• You understand that online gambling carries financial risk and you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the wwwbaji platform at any time. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, bKash number, or Nagad number — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, wwwbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

When registering your wwwbaji account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and the details required for your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, wwwbaji requires all players to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Bangladesh driving licence (where accepted)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered name)

wwwbaji may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wwwbaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs. You must not share your login details with any third party. wwwbaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact wwwbaji support immediately at support@wwwbaji.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wwwbaji — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagers — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wwwbaji does not charge currency conversion fees on its side. Players are responsible for any fees that their own payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank, or card issuer) may apply.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits typically confirmed within 60 seconds.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times vary.
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to issuer approval and standard processing times.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. To protect against money laundering and fraud, wwwbaji applies a source-of-funds matching policy. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.

wwwbaji aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, measured from the time of approval by the Platform's finance team:

1. bKash & Nagad: Typically within minutes during standard BST operating hours; up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
2. Rocket & Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours during standard BST operating hours.
3. Bank transfer: 1–3 Bangladesh business days.
4. Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days subject to card network processing times.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the wwwbaji cashier section at the time of transaction. By initiating a transaction, you confirm that you are within the stated limits and that the funds being deposited are your own and originate from a legitimate source.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

wwwbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to the Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions below.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified wwwbaji account, unless a specific promotion states otherwise for new registrants.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the real-money Balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unmet bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the account.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to decline a bonus request, withdraw a bonus, or reverse bonus-derived winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• In the event of conflicting interpretations of bonus terms, the English version of the terms as displayed on the wwwbaji website shall prevail.

User Obligations

By using the wwwbaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wwwbaji and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a malfunction are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus structures.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limits, or verification requirements.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus withdrawal without risk; systematic exploitation of reload promotions through rapid account cycling.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward wwwbaji staff or other users.

wwwbaji reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, up to and including immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

Account Suspension & Closure

wwwbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Breach of Terms: The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any game-specific rules.
2. Fraudulent Activity: wwwbaji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent behaviour, misrepresentation, or financial crime associated with the Account.
3. Underage Gambling: The Player is found or suspected to be under 18 years of age.
4. Duplicate Accounts: The Player is found to hold more than one registered wwwbaji account.
5. Bonus Abuse: The Player has engaged in systematic or coordinated abuse of promotional offers.
6. Regulatory Requirement: wwwbaji is required to close the Account by any applicable regulatory or legal obligation.
7. Player Request: The Player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, fraud, or underage gambling, wwwbaji reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including any real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds.

Voluntary Closure

Players may close their wwwbaji account at any time by contacting the support team at support@wwwbaji. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within 5 Bangladesh business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method after KYC verification, provided no outstanding investigation is pending.

Responsible Gaming

wwwbaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. Gambling on wwwbaji should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship or personal harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their wwwbaji account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary time-out period (24 hours up to 6 weeks) during which they will be unable to access their account or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months, during which their account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure session time reminders to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
